EMOM for 20 minutes 
1 Bar Muscle Up  (sub: 1 Pull Up, 1 Toes to Bar & 2 Push Ups)
3 Hang Power Snatch (135/95)
5 Box Jumps (24/20)
7 Air Squats

Guidelines:
Partner A. has 60 seconds to complete while Partner B. rests
then switch on the minute
Every unfinished rep (per 60 seconds) will equal 1 burpee.
At the end of the 20 minutes, both athletes will perform the total number of burpees together. 

Score: Total # of burpees 
(lowest score wins)
