Sets 1-3 -- Squat Snatch to a "Heavy" Triple
Sets 4-6 -- Squat Snatch to a "Heavy" Double
Sets 7-9 -- Squat Snatch to a "Heavy" Single
*Don't stray from the number of sets. "Heavy" doesn't mean max effort, just a challenging set for today. 
**You may build up with each set of pick a number for each movement and stay with that for each set. 
***These do not have to be touch and go.
