***Movements performed while partner holds (135/95) barbell off the ground (hang, rack or overhead position are acceptable). Every time bar touches the ground the athlete must stop working.

Find 2 Rep Max Squat Clean
***Each teammate must perform a 200 meter run before making each attempt; partners can run while teammate performs lift & switch.

SCORE: Sum of both Teammates lift - i.e. 135+165= 300

Part 3
In 8 Minutes-
Working up the ladder partners split up the work any way they choose
3, 6, 9, 12, 15, etc...
