RULES:
*Bar must be held overhead at all times; except when the bar is being switched out between athletes. 
*Upon 3, 2, 1 GO, Athlete one will start the row for calories. When athlete one is done, athlete two will begin burpees, then athlete three will begin their overhead squats. Upon finishing, the athletes will swtich places and start the next round until the 12 minutes is up. 
*If the bar drops, the entire team must run a 200 m run in order to begin again.
*The only time the bar may come to the hand position is to switch athletes.
