In teams of two, alternating complete rounds, perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
8 Deadlifts (205/135 lbs)
8 Box Jump Over (24″/20″)** must jump for RX score

Rest 2 Minutes ….

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
Run 200 Meters
Bumper Burpees (45/25)

While athlete is running, the other teammate will complete as many Bumper burpees. Upon completion of the run, the athletes will then switch movements.

Rest 2 minutes then…

Alternating Complete rounds and reps in 8 minutes of:
7 Handstand push-ups
7 Toes to Bar
