4 rounds for reps of:

2 minutes of burpee box jumps overs (24/20)
Rest 2 minutes 

*must jump for rx
Score the total number over the 4 sets

Accessory:
Pullups : Strict test
Then complete 50 – choose a number that you can consistently do to reach 50 reps
If advanced ..use a weight (ideally a DB at your feet)
