*keep volume low and choose jumps carefully to avoid misses
B. EMOM 12
1) 5/5 Plank KB Lateral Drags (20/12kg)
2) 7/7 KB Cross chops
3) 8/8 KB Snatches
*use same kettlebell for all exercises
