5 Deadlifts

5 Hang Power Cleans

5 Push jerks

5 Burpees over the Bar

In todays team Wod , Athletes will alternate full rounds of each part and continue for 22 minutes . For Example : Athlete 1 will complete the entire A part while Partner 2 rests then Athlete 2 will complete part A. When Athlete has finished Part A Athlete 1 will begin and finish Part B before switching with athlete 2
