Each Round is consisted of 7 Cycles of the following complex :

Power Clean

Front Squat

Push Press

Back Squat

Push Press

Rules :

You must hold on to the Barbell for the entire set for a set to be counted

You CANNOT combine more than two movements together (ex: no Squat Clean thrusters )

You MUST complete all 5 sets or you may not log a score

You may Push Jerk the Push Press today

No re-grip or pausing at the bottom of the power clean

You may “rest” in the front rack , back rack , OH , or hang position
