Rachel Kimsey

Rachel has been a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ISSA) since 2005. After a motorcycle accident, 3 surgeries, and 2 1/2 years of physical therapy Rachel learned to walk again. Since then her passion for the strength, health and mobility of her athletes has resulted in 14  certifications including: CrossFit, Kettlebell (Agatsu 1, 2), Starting Strength and CrossFit Barbell, Yoga (RYT200) and 6 Degree Flow (RMax).
